THSR-001 (2B-G)


The Sample Roaster was designed for creating sample roasts for cupping but is also suitable for profiling. It is widely used in roastery cafes and coffee teaching labs due to the available electric heater model that allows for installation without difficult gas installation or construction. The roaster drum design allows for direct heat transfer from the flame and allows for ideal sample roasting time and color as dictated by sampling guidelines. Additionally, the space-saving cyclone design is intended to decrease the footprint of the roaster.

The Train Model Roaster maintains all of the controls and functional design of the original roaster for excellent uniform roasts including the ability to accurately control the airflow through the roaster. Fully developed roasting is possible in under ten minutes due to excellent efficiency and a three minute cooling time is also achieved using our powerful blowing motor. Additionally, the built-in safety system ensures that gas is shut off if the maximum temperature is exceeded.
